Caregiver & Medicare/Medicaid Support

One-on-One Support for Caregivers and Families

Caring for someone means making calls, reading letters and making decisions, often while you're still learning what the words mean. I'm a registered nurse and Certified Managed Care Nurse, and I help families sort through it one-on-one, in plain language, so you know what to do next.

I help with Medicare and Medicaid questions, caring for an aging parent, autism support, a new diagnosis, and your own wellbeing while you care for everyone else.

The Clear Next Step Method

1 · Sort

We take everything swirling around in your head, from paperwork to appointments to deadlines, and work out what matters right now and what can wait.

2 · Translate

We turn confusing healthcare, Medicare and Medicaid terms into plain language, so you understand your options instead of just nodding along.

3 · Plan

You leave with one clear next step, written down, plus the questions to bring to your doctor, your plan or your child's school.

What We Can Work On

Medicare

Understand Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Part D, enrollment periods and the letters you get, so you can ask the right questions before you choose.

Medicaid

Understand how Medicaid works, what programs may fit your family, and what to have ready when you apply or renew. We start with Georgia Medicaid; rules differ by state.

Caregiving & aging parents

Put appointments, medications lists, paperwork and next steps in order, and plan for what's coming.

Autism support

Map out school, therapy and care options and the questions to bring to each meeting.

New diagnoses

Learn what a diagnosis means in plain words and prepare for your next appointment.

Your wellbeing

Make room for your own health and rest while you carry the load for others.

Let's Be Honest About Who This Is For

This is for you if…

• You're the person everyone turns to when something comes up
• You want to understand your options, not just be told what to do
• You're tired of searching and ready for a clear plan
• You'll show up and do your part between conversations

This isn't for you if…

• You want someone to make your decisions for you
• You need medical, legal or financial advice (please see a licensed professional)
• You're looking for an instant fix with no effort on your side

What Happens Next

1 · Apply

Answer a few quick questions about your situation. It takes about 2 minutes.

2 · We talk

If it looks like I can help, we set up a time to talk about where you are and what you need.

3 · Find your next step

We work through Sort, Translate and Plan together, so you know exactly what to do next.

Most families start with three one-on-one sessions over three weeks. Options and prices are explained clearly when we talk, before you commit to anything.
