This Privacy Policy explains how Aehterod Management, LLC, doing business as Aethyl MCS™ (“Aethyl MCS,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses and protects information when you visit www.aethyl-mcs.com or get.aethyl-mcs.com, apply or contact us, use our caregiver and Medicare/Medicaid support services, buy from our Digital Shop or receive text messages from us.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out an application or contact form, email us, call us, book a session or buy a product, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, the reason you are contacting us and your message.
Information about your situation. To help you, you may choose to share details about your caregiving situation, health conditions, Medicare or Medicaid coverage, or a family member you care for. Share only what you are comfortable sharing. Please do not send Medicare, Medicaid or Social Security numbers through our forms, email or text messages.
Purchase information. Payments are handled by our payment providers. We receive order details and confirmation of payment, but we do not see or store your full card number.
Technical information. Our website hosts automatically record basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the sites running and secure.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your application or questions; schedule and provide one-on-one caregiver and Medicare/Medicaid support sessions; provide the Résumé Studio and résumé services you order; send scheduling and appointment reminders and updates you asked for; deliver products you buy; improve our websites and services; and meet legal requirements.
Health and coverage details
We treat details about your health, coverage and family as confidential. We use them only to help you, and we do not share them with anyone outside Aethyl MCS except the service providers described below or when you ask us to. Aethyl MCS is an education and guidance service, not a health plan or healthcare provider.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the types of messages described in our Text Message Terms. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This applies to every category of sharing described in this policy. The only exception is the text message service providers that deliver our messages for us, who are not allowed to use your information for any other purpose.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
• With service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, scheduling, forms, payment processing and text message delivery. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• When you ask us to, for example to help you prepare for a conversation with a provider, plan or agency.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our clients or Aethyl MCS.
How long we keep information
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards, including secure (HTTPS) connections, to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing Support@aethyl-mcs.com. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message.
Children
Our websites and services are for adults. Parents and caregivers may share information about a child they care for in order to get support. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
