Text Message Terms

Program

Aethyl MCS™, a brand of Aehterod Management, LLC, sends text messages to people who agree to receive them. Messages may include replies to your application or inquiry, scheduling and appointment reminders for caregiver and Medicare/Medicaid support sessions, follow-ups on your next steps, and Résumé Studio and Digital Shop order updates.

How you sign up

You agree to receive texts by checking the text message box on our Contact Us form or our application at get.aethyl-mcs.com and giving your mobile number, or by giving us permission in writing. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the services you use. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no more messages after that. To start again, reply START or sign up again.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for marketing. Please don't text us Medicare, Medicaid or Social Security numbers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
